Shore Club, located in 1603 N. Lakeshore Dr., is celebrating all mothers this year with its special Mother’s Day Brunch. This upscale dining option is perfect for Moms who need a beach getaway (even for just a day.) Families can enjoy panoramic views of Lake Michigan as they delight in Shore Club’s Mediterranean-inspired dishes and choose from an array of breakfast items off the all-you-can-eat menu including made-to-order omelets, crepes, salads, fruits and a selection of cheeses. Guests can also indulge in Shore Club’s delicious sweet treats like fruity tarts, homemade donuts, and crepes. A Bloody Mary and Mimosa bar will also be available for an additional $11. Executive Chef Matthew Cappellini will create delectable Mother’s Day entrée dishes including Carne y Huevos, made with a grilled 6oz wagyu carne asada, mojo verde, two eggs any style, herb roasted potatoes and Tortilla de Cangrejo, served with jumbo lump crab omelet, tomatoes, onions, peppers, corn avocado relish, and herb roasted potatoes.
