Headquarters Beercade in River North has debuted new menu items and new cocktails just in time for summer. Food items include both bar food and veggie friendly items.
Some of the new craft cocktails include The John Daley, made with ketel one, black tea, peach, salted sweet corn, lemon, The 50/50 Rob Roy, made with peloton de la muerte mezcal, earl grey infused lillet, bitters, and a unique Piña Colada, made with real mccoy 3yr and 5yr aged rum, matcha-coconut cream, caramelized pineapple, tiki bitters.
There are also new menu items like two new cauliflower dishes; a buffalo cauliflower dish made with cornmeal encrusted fried cauliflower florets in house-made buffalo sauce, and roasted cauliflower served chilled with balsamic soaked dried figs, shaved fennel, oven-dried tomatoes, shaved asparagus salad, lemon vinaigrette, toasted almonds, and fresno chile agrodolce. Other items are the chicken and quinoa salad with fennel, poached chicken, oven-dried tomatoes, black olives, pickled fresno chiles, mixed greens, feta cheese, and a sherry vinaigrette.
