Timothy O’Toole’s Pub will hold their seventh annual “Turkey Testicle Festival” and pumpkin pie eating competition on Black Wednesday, November 23. The turkey testicle eating contest will take place at 9 p.m., with the winner receiving a whole frozen turkey to prepare for their own Thanksgiving Day feast. At 11 p.m., the pub will hold a pumpkin pie eating contest with the winner receiving a $25 gift certificate. To enter the eating competitions, simply show up at O’Toole’s and register before 9 p.m. 

Need some liquid courage in order to compete? Toast to the holiday with one of 48 craft brews on tap, or imbibe with Black Wednesday’s drink specials, including: $6 pints of Guinness “Black List” beverages (listed below); $4 pints of Bud Light, Miller Lite and Coors Light; $6 Absolut mixers; and $6 Fireball shots.

Chef Corey Grupe will offer a bevy of Thanksgiving themed dishes. The featured specials include: Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner Plate; Open Faced Hot Turkey Sandwich; Deep Fried Stuffing; Turkey Panini; and a “Bucket of Balls” (deep fried turkey testicles served with choice of dipping sauce). To finish, enjoy a slice of pumpkin pie topped with whipped cream.
