DiningSociety Chicago and Goose Island are presenting "Harvest & Beer: A Special Pairing by The Bristol & Goose Island", hosted at The Bristol.
On Monday, November 5 from 5:30 - 8:30pm, The Bristol will host a special prix-fixe dinner to celebrate the fall harvest. Through paired dishes, they will be showcasing some of the most sought after beers from Goose Island Beer Co., including a hand-picked selection of rare, vintage Bourbon County Stout variants. The menu will comprise of 4 courses, highlighting farm fresh produce and Bristol-style cuisine. Goose Island and Chef Rodney Staton will be on hand to help educate each table on these special beers, their origins, and how they were chosen for each course, all while answering questions diners may have for an interactive dining experience.

Pasta for the table to share + beer pairing
Entrees for each individual + beer pairing
Dessert for the table to share + beer pairing
