Wood

Saddle up to the bar at Wood restaurant (3335 N. Halsted) for a brand-new happy hour. Available Monday-Thursday from 5-7 p.m., the menu includes a pair of specially priced drinks and a variety of snacks to whet appetites. A glass of Monopole White Rioja or a Scotch Old Fashioned made with Glenlivet Founder’s Reserve are priced at just $9 each. Nosh on the Charcuterie of the Day ($7); Pickle Plate, an assortment of housemade pickles, served with butter and house olive oil crackers ($5); two dips, Walnut Hummus topped with sesame seeds or Roasted Eggplant Dip with pine nuts, each served with olive oil crackers ($8 each); Glazed Duck Wings, two duck wings in a duck jus plum glaze with finger chile and mint ($7); or tinned seafood, including Conservas de Cambados Scallops in sauce de Galicia and Nuri Spiced Sardines, packed in olive oil, chile, and clove, each served with Spanish olives and olive oil crackers ($15 each).

Enolo Wine Cafe 

Head into Enolo Wine Cafe Mondays - Fridays from 4-6 PM for select wines by the glass for $7 and select appetizers from $5. 

Jake Melnick's Corner Tap

Stop by Jake Melnick's for happy hour Mondays - Fridays from 4-6 PM. The River North restaurant serves up a $5 food menu including BBQ Chips, Fried Pickles, Mini Corn Dogs, Kettle Corn, Fried Olives, and a Meat & Cheese Board. You'll also find select draft beers for $6, select cocktails for $7, and wine for $8. 

River Roast 

Head to River Roast every day from 3-6 PM for a special cocktail hour. Get house wine for $6/glass or $27/bottle, $3 rotating drafts, That Old Can for $3, and dealer's choice cocktails for $7. Pair a drink with their bar menu including the Pub Burger, Lobster Burger, Burrata, Scotch Egg, Charcuterie, and more.

Roka Akor 

Roka Akor serves up happy hour in their lounge (and patio, weather permitting) Monday - Friday from 5-6 PM. Drinks include select wine and sake, dealer's choice specialty cocktail, Sapporo draft, and house-infused shochu. Take a bite out of their Prime Beef Skewers, Shrimp Tempura, Crispy Tuna Maki, Wagyu Gunkan, Wagyu Beef & Kimchi Dumplins, and more.

Pennyville Station

Pennyville Station’s new Happy Hour menu highlights bites and a wine deal. Diners will be offered Happy Hour offerings on Monday – Thursday, from 3 p.m. – 6p.m. In addition to $7 glasses of house wine, an array of $7 small bites are on the menu including:

Bobby's Lincoln Park 

Lincoln Park’s contemporary American restaurant, is offering a new happy hour. Guests will be offered a list of chef creations with an Italian flare and quench their cocktail thirst with beverages, both classic and new, in Bobby’s dining space. Patrons may start off with a selection of signature cocktails for $8, a selection of $6 wines by the glass, $3 regular Hop Beers, and an assortment of $4 Crafted Hops.  The happy hour menu is available from 4:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m. during the week and 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekends. 

VU Rooftop Bar

The South Loop rooftop bar, has refreshed their happy hours Monday through Thursday from 4pm to 6pm to include $5 Bites, $5 Miller High Life, $8 Red or White Sangria, and an $8 Dealers Choice Specialty Cocktail where the mixologist will ask guests a few questions and create a specialty cocktail based on their likes.  

ROOF on theWit

The newly renovated downtown rooftop bar, has completely refreshed their happy hour, giving patrons the opportunity to sample creations from their latest menu with 20% off all food and drink. 

ROOF on theWit is celebrating theater and art with a brand new drink promotion available any day of the week. Guests who present their tickets, from that day’s visit, to local theater performances, art exhibits, and architecture tours from venues such as the Chicago Theatre just steps away from theWit, the Art Institute, James M. Nederlander Theatre, Goodman Theatre, Cadillac Palace, CIBC Theatre, or the Chicago Architecture Foundation will receive one complimentary drink on ROOF with the purchase of one drink. Drinks include ROOF’s signature cocktails carefully crafted by theWit’s award-winning Director of Beverages and Restaurants, Piers Smyth, including the Breaking News with Wolf Spritzer, the I’m Feeling (G)invincible, and the classic Old Fashioned, among others. 

ROOF on theWit is also celebrating happy hour with a brand new offering on their recently refreshed menu. From 4:30- 7:30pm on weekdays, guests at ROOF on theWit will be offered cocktails and food dishes with 20% off the entire menu. ROOF on theWit’s Executive Chef, Nathan Sears, infuses flavors from Spain and the surrounding spice-bearing regions to create dishes with exotic flavors. New menu items include plates such as the Grilled Sea Scallops, served with pepita romesco, seared apples, fennel, onion jam, cress and herbsthe Seared Morcilla Tartine, with housemade morcilla, robiolina cheese, almond crema, kale, fig and bacon vinaigrette; or the Winter Squash + Root Vegetables, consisting of roasted delicata squash, spicy hazelnut yogurt, root vegetable slaw, fried sage, garlic and herb vinaigrette.

ROOH Chicago 

One of Chicago’s fine dining Indian restaurants, located at 736 W. Randolph St., is offering  happy hour specials with its rotating cocktail and wine selections. These deals include $5-6 beers and featured cocktails and glasses of wine for $8. Dishes include an $8 “Chicken 65” crafted with peanut chutney, podi masala and lemon sour cream; and a $7 Cauliflower Koliwada with curd rice mousse and peanut thecha. Happy hour is available from 4:30-6PM on Sunday, and Tuesday through Thursday. 

Replay Lincoln Park

A Chicago arcade bar with frequent pop-ups located at 2833 N. Sheffield Ave., is hosting a weekly happy hour every Friday from 4 – 8 p.m. The Friday Funky Hour features $3 cocktails, $3 craft cans, $3 craft drafts and free funk.

Kinton Ramen Wicker Park 

Kinton offers 50% off all appetizers like Kimuchi, Takowasabi, Salmon Tataki, Ton Ton Don, Edamame, Ikapiri and the restaurant’s famous original and spicy Karaage every Monday-Friday from 4:00PM-7:00PM. On top of this, the restaurant’s happy hour includes $2 Sapporo Draft, $3 House Sake, $4 Wines by the glass and $5 cocktails such as Kinton Panache with Sapporo Beer and Kinton Lemonade; Matcha Colada with rum and coconut cream; Saketini made with vodka and sake infused cucumber; and Shochu Hi complete with shochu and green tea. 

Raised

Situated on the third floor of the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel at 1 W. Wacker Drive, is hosting ski enthusiasts of all calibers to experience the Alpines without ever leaving the city with the official launch of its Apres This Way indoor winter activation. Guests will also have access to a special Happy Hour and enjoy après ski, a time to warm up and unwind with friends, available Mondays through Thursdays from 4-6 p.m. featuring $6 draft beer selections, $12 rotating old fashioneds, and $9 glass & a half wine pours.

Ocean Prime Chicago

The prime seafood restaurant offers a special happy hour Monday through Friday from 4-6p.m. including both drinks and specialty dishes. Patrons may receive half off select wines by the glass, all beers, and signature cocktails featuring the Prime ManhattanCucumber GimletBlack Orchid and Pineapple Picante. In addition to quenching guests’ thirst, Ocean Prime Chicago’s happy hour includes half off any appetizer, sushi or oysters.

The Albert

Located in Hotel EMC2 at 228 E. Ontario, The Albert offers a happy hour special Monday through Friday from 3-5p.m. The menu is inclusive of drivers, cocktails, wine and small bites. Featured drinks include the Lavender LemonadeThis & ThatC.O.T.Dthe Albert Red, and Fireside.
