Eddie V’s Prime Seafood hosts happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m. seven days a week in its V Lounge and offers a variety of options, including 13 teasers and appetizers and four oyster dishes served on the half-shell ($7-$8).
- East Coast Oysters – served on ice, accompanied by cocktail and mignonette sauces ($2/oyster)
- Asian Fusion Oysters – two half-shells, topped with ponzu, pickled ginger, sesame seeds and micro greens
- Mini Filet Sandwiches - center cut filet mignon, blue cheese and onion jam
- Salt and Pepper Shrimp - battered and wok seared with spicy soy ginger vegetables
Pair with one of five cocktails, including the Spicy Margarita and Bulleit Sour, or one of four wines poured by the glass for $8.
