Halloween Celebration at Bar Roma

Bar Roma, located in Andersonville, will welcome Halloween revelers for a festive celebration on Saturday, October 29. A costume contest will take place at 8 p.m., with dressed guests competing for three top prizes. The person (or duo) with the best duds will win dinner for two ($100 gift card); the second top costume will win a $50 gift card; and the third place winner will receive a bottle of Italian wine. All dining guests that arrive in costume throughout the evening will receive a complimentary dessert.

Start the spooky night right with happy hour! From 4:30-6 p.m., Bar Roma offers $7 carafes of wine and select small plates ($7-$11) in the tavern area. In addition to the fall dinner menu, Chef/Partner Fred Ramos will feature an array of Halloween specials, including caramelized onion soup, roasted squash salad, baked oxtail lasagna, skate wing with roasted root vegetables, and pumpkin pie. For table reservations, visit BarRomaChicago.com.
