Special Events Latin American Steakhouse Lincoln Square

A closer look: Halloween Celebration at Artango

Artango in Lincoln Square will get into the Halloween "spirit" with a Brazilian Carnaval celebration on Saturday, October 28. From 8-10:30 p.m., a Brazilian jazz trio led by musician Luciano Antonio will perform live Bossa Nova/Samba (no cover). A costume contest will take place at 9 p.m., with prizes for the top three guests ($100 dining gift card for first place; bottle of wine for second place; two glasses of champagne for third place).

In addition to a lengthy list of Latin libations, a special cocktail, La Bruja (the witch) made with rum, ginger liqueur, spices and garnished with grilled orange will be offered for $10. Pair your cocktails with Chef Saul Hernandez's Argentine menu, featuring small plates (empanadas; ceviche; beef carpaccio; caprese salad), entrees (lamb chops; grilled chicken; fresh market fish), and gaucho-style grilled steaks (prime spiral cut rib-eye; tender filet mignon; prime new york strip; prime center cut aged skirt steak).
