Guzman y Gomez Launches “Brekkie Burrito Challenge” Across Chicagoland

Guzman y Gomez (GYG) is putting its breakfast menu to the test with the launch of the “Brekkie Burrito Challenge,” a campaign inviting Chicagoland to try its made-to-order breakfast burrito and decide for themselves.

Running from April 28 through May 28, the campaign challenges guests to taste GYG’s Brekkie Burrito packed with cage-free eggs, choice of Protein, fresh pico de gallo, shredded Jack cheese, a crispy hashbrown and chipotle mayo - and back it with a guarantee: if guests don’t believe it’s the best fast food breakfast burrito in the city, GYG will give them the value back in GYG Dollars.

Brekkie Burritos start at just $6.70, with all options priced under $10, reinforcing GYG’s focus on delivering high-quality food at everyday value. Guests can customize their burrito with a range of fillings and free toppings from the Salsa Station, making each order their own. 

To participate in the challenge, guests simply need to try a Brekkie Burrito at any Chicagoland GYG location and, if they’re not convinced, submit a claim through the GYG Guest Experience portal within 72 hours of purchase. Approved claims are refunded in GOMEX Rewards points, which can be redeemed on future visits.

There are eight locations across Chicagoland including Bucktown, Evanston, Des Plaines, Deerfield, Buffalo Grove, Schaumburg, Crystal Lake and Naperville. Brekkie is served from 7am until 10.30am at all GYG locations. To learn more or find your closest restaurant visit www.guzmanygomez.com.
