North America’s 50 Best Bars, organized by The World’s 50 Best, celebrates the region’s top cocktail destinations, recognizing excellence in beverage programs, service, atmosphere, and overall guest experience. Voted on by an academy of industry experts, bartenders, and drinks writers, the list highlights bars that are shaping cocktail culture on a global scale.
“This recognition speaks to the consistency and care our team brings every single night,” says Bar Manager Scott Kitsmiller. “We focus on getting the details right, from the drinks to the music to the energy in the room and creating a place people want to come back to again and again.”
Gus’ Sip & Dip offers timeless cocktails and tavern fare. Led by Beary and Kitsmiller, the bar serves 30 reimagined crafted classic cocktails at an approachable price point, alongside an elevated bar menu from Chef Partner Bob Broskey (RPM Restaurants). Gus’ Sip & Dip operates on a walk-in-only basis, and also features a rotating Happy Hour and late-night dining.
