Recently introduced, GT Fish and Oyster is now hosting a weekday happy hour from 3-6pm. Situated at their fabled bommerang table, you can sip on drinks and nibble seafood bites made to be eaten in under an hour (though, you certainly can take your time!).
The four-course happy hour menu features:
- Oyster Shooter: raw oyster, smoulder hot sauce (GT Fish’s own brand), chives and pink peppercorn.
- Oyster/Poke Spoon: Tuna poke (made w/ ginger, lemongrass, soy sauce and sesame oil), mango puree, pickled mango and cucumber
- Roasted Oyster with Horseradish Butter and Parmesan: horseradish butter, parmesan and chives
- Po’boy Slider: Hawaiian roll, kimchi, peanut sauce and sesame aioli
