Craft Cocktails Global, International Edgewater

Brasserie by C&C will host Evelyn Botello of Mezcal Amaras as she leads a five course dinner with cocktails on Sunday, June 11. From 6-9 p.m., Chefs Jesse Lee and Brad Newman will help introduce some of Mexico's finest Mezcal, paired with homemade sourdough avocado toasts, citrus salad, hamachi aguachile rojo, mole braised short rib, and abuelita spiced cheesecake. Participants will be provided with an understanding of what goes into the process of making the spirit, as well as serving and pairing ideas for home entertaining. Neat tastings of Mezcal Amaras Coreline and limited release Amaras Logia will be served throughout the evening.

Tickets are $130 per guest and may be purchased on Tock.
