The Signature Room hosts an entire Valentine's Day weekend filled with food, romantic ambiance, and views of the city. On Friday, Feb. 12th through Sunday, Feb. 14th, guests can choose from two different options during lunch and dinner. Earlier in the day, Executive Chef Cardel Reid offers a gourmet brunch buffet spread for $50 per person, featuring Charcuterie, Seasonal Salads, Made-to-Order Omelets, Bananas Foster Pancakes, and much more. Cardel also prepares a four-course prix fixe menu for dinner dates. A few of the dishes include Grilled Octopus and Cuttlefish, Braised Pork Belly, Seared Scallops,Roasted Butternut Squash, and more, plus a Chef’s Selection of Dessert. Dinner is $125 per person and includes a glass of the new Signature Room at the 95thSparkling Brut. Price excludes tax and gratuity.
