Goose Island has launched the next entry in their Clybourn Collaboration Burger Series – the Publican Patty Melt Burger.

Made with Publican malted rye bread, the Publican Patty Melt Burger is topped with pimento cheese, truffled cornichon aioli, and caramelized onions. The burger can be paired with a side of Publican pork rinds and a pint of Honkers Ale.
Proceeds from the Publican Patty Melt Burger will benefit Grocery Run Club, a community driven initiative that partners with organizations to supply fresh produce and everyday necessities to underserved neighborhoods in Chicago.
The Publican Patty Melt Burger will be available at the Clybourn Brewhouse throughout the month of June.
