Goose Island has launched the next entry in their Clybourn Collaboration Burger Series – the J.P. Graziano Burger.
Goose's Chef Henry worked closely with Jim to create a burger that not only represents both Goose and JPG but also nods to old school Chicago flavors. The burger is fashioned after their Mr. G, one of their most popular sandwiches at J.P. Graziano.
This house ground Italian style sopresatta burger patty is topped with sharp provolone, crispy Prosciutto di Parma, JPG truffle mustard, marinated artichokes, basil lettuce salad topped with a red wine vinaigrette. The burger is served with a side of house made pub chips tossed in JPG’s hot giardiniera seasoning. The burger is paired with a crowler of Graz and the Goose, a 5.2% ABV kellerbier
The J.P. Graziano Burger will be available at the Clybourn Brewhouse throughout the month of April.
