Goose Island Debuts Burger Collab with Billy Zureikat

Goose Island has launched the next entry in their Clybourn Collaboration Burger Series – the Tripping Billy Burger.

The burger is a re-creation of Billy Zureikat's Tripping Billy Pizza, which he created to raise funds and awareness for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

The Tripping Billy Burger is a double smash burger topped with melted mozzarella, a crispy cheddar cheese tulie, roasted corn and pickled jalapeno relish, shishito pepper aioli on a buttered brioche bun. Served with a side of Billy’s signature Tripping Billy shishito cream sauce and waffle fries along with one of Goose Island's newest beers, Dose, a sour IPA with strong aromas and flavors of passionfruit and grapefruit.

Proceeds from the Tripping Billy Burger will go to Billy’s Muscular Dystrophy Association fundraiser.

The Tripping Billy Burger will be available at Goose Island's Clybourn Brewhouse throughout the month of October.
