To celebrate Chicago’s annual holiday, 312 Day, two of the city’s most classic brands, Goose Island Beer Company, Chicago’s first craft brewery, and Vienna Beef, the company that invented the Chicago Style Hot Dog, are teaming up to host a Chicago Fine Dining experience. This one-night-only dining pop-up will kick off their ongoing partnership.
The Chicago Fine Dining experience on March 12th will be a Chicago-inspired five-course tasting menu; think Chicago classics reimagined - with twists, surprises, and every detail of the experience meticulously thought through.
Reservations will be open to the public March 4 at 10 a.m. CST and can be booked on Resy for $25 per person.
