In collaboration with Campari America, two local restaurants will be hosting Chris Amirault of the Maybourne Beverly Hills Bar for a unique and exclusive experience for Negroni Week!
On Tuesday, September 19th and Wednesday, September 20th, Chris will be hosting Good Fortune Cocktail Pop-Up experience, where he will be whipping up drinks like the Loto Bianco, Chengdu Taste, Legendary Bird, Super Yoshino, Mirror Mirror, and Demon Slayer.
Chris Amirault is the Head Mixologist of the Maybourne Beverly Hills Bar, overseeing all creative programming for five different outlets. Chris' passion of creating immersive cocktail menus, storytelling, and his heritage, gave birth to the Good Fortune Cocktail Pop-Up, in collaboration with Campari America for Negroni Week.
On Tuesday, September 19th, Good Fortune Cocktail Pop-Up will be at The Violet Hour from 7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m., and on Wednesday, September 20th, the pop-up will be taking place at The Izakaya at Momotaro from 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Reservations can be made on each restaurant’s website, and walk-ins will also be accepted pending availability.
Negroni Week takes place as an annual event to help raise money for charity, and a portion of proceeds from this year’s pop-ups will be donated to Slow Food, a global organization founded to prevent the disappearance of local food cultures and traditions, counteract the rise of fast life, and combat people’s dwindling interest in the food they eat,where it comes from, and how our food choices affect the world around us.
