Adalina, a newly-opened modern Italian restaurant in Chicago’s Gold Coast, will begin offering a brunch menu beginning Sunday, September 19. The brunch program will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. each Sunday and will feature new dishes and specialty brunch cocktails. 

The brunch menu features dishes created by executive chef Soo Ahn, including:

  • Avo toast topped with creamy crescenza, smoked trout roe, pickled red onions and sprinkled with everything spice.
  • Italian Shakshuka prepared with pomodoro verde, fiery ‘Nduja, ricotta cheese and warm ciabatta bread. 
  • Steak and Eggs, a Carrara 640 wagyu and eggs topped with caviar and a rich hollandaise sauce. 

Brunch reservations are now available through OpenTable.
