Adalina, a newly-opened modern Italian restaurant in Chicago’s Gold Coast, will begin offering a brunch menu beginning Sunday, September 19. The brunch program will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. each Sunday and will feature new dishes and specialty brunch cocktails.
The brunch menu features dishes created by executive chef Soo Ahn, including:
Avo toast topped with creamy crescenza, smoked trout roe, pickled red onions and sprinkled with everything spice.
Italian Shakshuka prepared with pomodoro verde, fiery ‘Nduja, ricotta cheese and warm ciabatta bread.
Steak and Eggs, a Carrara 640 wagyu and eggs topped with caviar and a rich hollandaise sauce.
Brunch reservations are now available through OpenTable.
