Giglio's State Street Tavern at825 South State Street is celebrating National Dessert Month with your choice of Chicago Style Cheesecake or Tiramisu Tower for just $5 throughout October.
Starting today, guests will be offered either dessert (no additional purchase necessary) at the eatery, owned by Chicago boxing promoter, Bobby Hitz.
“Guests at Giglio’s know it’s hard to pass up my authentic dishes, especially dessert,” said Bobby Hitz, owner of Giglio’s State Street Tavern. “I’m looking forward to sharing my favorite family dessert recipes for just $5 all month long.”
The Giglio's cheesecake is made with a buttery shortbread crust topped with a rich and creamy filling, offered in vanilla, lemon or flavor of the day, topped with fresh strawberries and homemade chocolate sauce.
The Tiramisu Tower at Giglio’s is six layers of espresso-soaked ladyfingers and whipped vanilla mascarpone, dusted with cocoa powder and drizzled in chocolate.
