The Boarding House is inviting guests to “Get Cheesy With It” as they transform their downstairs Cellar into a cheese-lovers paradise with a special event pairing cheese-infused dishes with complementing wines. Hosted by Owner and Master Sommelier, Alpana Singh, the evening features an array of cheese-filled dishes such as:
- Fried Cheese Curds
- Mini Croque Monsieurs
- Cheese Pizza
- Caprese Skewers
- Pretzel Gougeres
- Cheese Lavash with whipped spread
- Fondue Pot with accompaniments
This is a self-guided, go-at-your own pace, reception style tasting event, on Wednesday, March 23, from 6:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. (event will end promptly at 8 pm). Guests are invited to mingle with fellow wine lovers to enjoy a social evening filled with cheesy cheese! Tickets are $29 per person (inclusive of tax and gratuity).
