Michael Lachowicz is celebrating the prime of this year’s truffle season at George Trois. Black Truffles from Perigord, France are Lachowicz’s favorite culinary muse. 

George Trois will offer a tasting menu experience with French cuisine that highlights the truffle. Curated by Lachowicz, the 7-course, Winter Truffle Menu paired with the wine flight of your choosing will feature menu highlights including Raviolo Of Foie Gras And Perigord Truffle with roasted hen & truffle jus; Truffle & Dover Sole Roulade En Croute; and Pot Au Feu De Boeuf with perigord truffle-beef consomme, vegetable brunoise, and truffle-garlic gnocchi. The limited time menu will be available in George Trois’ 14-seat dining room through the month of March and costs $185/person.
