Entente welcomes back Chef Gene Kato (of the former Sumi Robata Bar) on October 22nd and 23rd at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m., to host an ongoing series of intimate, omakase pop-up dinner experiences at the restaurant’s communal chef’s table. Chef Kato, a James Beard Award semifinalist (Best Chef Great Lakes), is renowned for his use of traditional robata grilling, and has curated a special, eight-course menu for the multiple pop-up dinners. Menu items for the series include authentic Japanese fare like Wagyu sukiyaki, scallop donabe and seasonal kakigori.
Chef Kato and the team at Entente are pleased to announce many additional seatings running through December. Each seating is limited to 10 guests, and is BYOB.
