Pop-up dinner series on October 1 and 2 with 2017 James Beard Award Semifinalist Gene Kato of Sumi Robata Bar.

Featuring an omakase menu, each seating will welcome ten guests for an eight-course meal curated by the 2017 James Beard Award semifinalist for Best Chef Great Lakes.  Seatings are at 5pm and 8pm on Sunday, October 1 and Monday, October 2.  The pop-up dinners are BYOB.

The Entente team is welcoming Chef Gene Kato, who is known for his use of traditional robata grilling using sumi, a distinct Japanese white oak.
