Gintle Evening with pear-infused gin, chamomile, and lemon
Glass Magnoliawith vodka, grapefruit, and bergamot
Crimson Rosewith prosecco, hibiscus, and lavender
Marigoldwith Hennessy, roasted citrus, and orange
Bloodthornewith tequila, raw agave, and port
Lost Sparrowwith white rum, blood orange, and black cherry
In addition, patrons can opt for a Geja’s Manhattan, with Koval Bourbon, Bigallet China-China, and Angostura bitters, for $16. For a non-alcoholic option, guests can sip on a Pomtail, with pomegranate, lime, and soda, $6.
