Gangnam Market hosts a Lunar New Year Weekend Celebration, Friday Feb. 9 thru Sunday Feb 11, at the new American-Asian shopping hybrid at 1001 West Chicago Avenue, Chicago.
The 3-day celebration features free food and beverage samplings (9am-7pm) throughout the store by various market vendors, along with store-wide Lunar New Year sale deals and discounts. With any purchase of $10 or more, customers receive atraditional Lucky Red Envelope, filled with deep discounts, BOGOs, freebies and surprises from Gangnam Market and Food Hall, and its sister restaurants: Strings Ramen, Kee Kee Restaurant, and Gyuro Ramen. One special envelope will contain a grand prize of a $500 Gangnam Market gift card. At 1pm both Fri Feb 9 and Sat Feb 10, Lion Dance performanceswill be provided by Chicago's famed Yu’s Lion Dance Sports Association.
