Gangnam Market Grand Opening Weekend: Dec 2-3

Gangnam Market (1001 West Chicago Avenue) celebrates its official Grand Opening Weekend Sat Dec 2 and Sun Dec 3.

Formally Urban Market, the space has transformed into an all new look and concept. Offering a 28,000-square-foot American-style supermarket...with an Asian spin. Stocked with grocery essentials, neon signage helps direct shoppers to various departments including Meat, Deli, Dairy, Produce, Frozen Foods, Seafood, Liquor, a fully-stocked Beer Cave, and more. In addition, Gangnam offers selections of Asian cooking essentials, specialties, snacks and beverages.

Gangnam's new food court, inspired by the vibe of Asian night markets, hosts a full bar, plus 6 separate food vendors. Options include complete Sushi selections, bubble teas and coffees, Korean tacos and Bibimbap, Asian buns and bakery specials, assorted Donburi rice bowls, plus Ramen, Gyoza, and Yakisoba. 

Gangnam's official Grand Opening Weekend, Sat Dec 2 and Sun Dec 3, will feature free food and drink samplings throughout the store, including springs rolls, scallion pancakes, barbequed pork buns, veggie dumplings, house made juices, gourmet coffees, beer, wine and more. They will also be grand opening sales specials store-wide December 2-8.
