Reporting notes: Furious Spoon Preview at Arami's "Noodle Night" January 27th
Chicagoans can get a sneak peak of Chef Shin Thompson's ramen prior to the opening of his Wicker Park shop, Furious Spoon, at Arami's "Noodle Night" on Tuesday, January 27.
The West Town restaurant will feature special noodle dishes by both Chef Fred Despres and Thompson. Chef Thompson will offer Beef Brisket Shoyu Ramen ($10) along with Cha-sui Miso Ramen ($10), while Chef Despres will feature Curry Spiced Stewed Clams and Vegetable Stir Fried Udon ($14). Arami's regular ramen dishes (Arami Ramen; Tantanmen; Nabeyaki Kishimen) and full menu will also be available.
