The team behind one of Chicago’s ramen spots, Furious Spoon, Anshul Mangal and Chef Shin Thompson, have teamed up with mixologist, Dustin Drankiewicz of Moneygun for their latest project – Deadbolt.
The new owners will keep the integrity of the original space, cleaning it up and giving Deadbolt a modern vibe. Expect live pop-up music performances and the return of the ever-so-classic bandstand. Deadbolt opens this winter.
