Explained: Furious Spoon Goes Brothless for Summer
The Tokyo-style ramen shop strips down to #FreeTheNoodle with a broth-free ramen bowl. Ramen connoisseurs can cool off with the new specialty Summer Mazemen Bowl available throughout August and September. Leave the spoons behind as Furious Spoon’s daily handmade noodles are the star of this bowl.
Mazemen Ramen is a take on traditional ramen served without any broth component. Helmed by Chef Shin Thompson, the naked ramen creation is served with tempura shrimp, straw mushrooms, spicy Japanese honey mustard and a sesame-infused vinaigrette.
The Summer Mazemen bowl is priced at $13.95 and is available at all locations except Revival Food Hall and Wells St. Market from now until September 30, 2018.
