Frontier will host their Taste of Islay Scotch Tasting with Bowmore Distillery on Wednesday, August 8 beginning at 6:15pm.
Guests can enjoy specialty Scotch Tastings including Bowmore Single Malt Scotch Small Batch, 12 year, 15 year, 18 year and other surprise bottles.
Following the tasting, guests will enjoy an Islay-inspired Dinner Menu including an Oyster Luge Starter, Smoked Rack of Lamb Chops, and Salt-Crusted Baked Whole Salmon which will be carved tableside. Tickets can be purchased for $97 at www.thefrontierchicago.com/events/.
