From 7 PM-9 PM on Thursday, February 23rd, guests can experience a one-time collaboration dinner by attending Frontier's (1072 N. Milwaukee Ave) February’s Smoke Sessions Series event where Frontier’s Chef Azi will be joined by Roberto Rocha, the executive chef at Peruvian restaurant, Tanta, which is one of 64+ restaurants by Gastón Acurio.

For $68 a person, attendees will receive 4 cocktails and 4 dishes from the chefs’ specially curated menu. While guests are mingling and sipping Beam Suntory cocktails in Frontier’s beer garden, Chef Azi and Chef Roberto will be presenting, preparing, and plating their dishes for guests, such as 48 Hours Sous Vide Bone-in Short Ribs and Smoked King Ora Salmon (among others!).
