Frontier Chicago announces a collaboration with Executive Chef Brian Jupiter, Mariano’s and Niman Ranch, to offer an exclusive four-course dining experience showcasing the flavors of Niman Ranch lamb.

This one-night-only event, taking place on Thursday, February 6th, will highlight the quality of Niman Ranch's sustainably raised, Certified Humane® lamb through four distinct, crafted dishes, each prepared by Chef Brian Jupiter. Chef Jupiter will take guests on a culinary journey that emphasizes the versatility and tenderness of this premium ingredient. To complement these dishes, Adult Beverage Director of Mariano’s, Jaime Deleon will pair global wine varietals to go with each course. In addition, complimentary from the American Lamb Board, guests will go home with a custom recipe from Chef Jupiter and a package of three Niman Ranch Loin Chops. Five percent of proceeds from this event will be donated to the Chicago Chefs Cook fundraiser to help Los Angeles restaurant recovery efforts.
