Holiday American South Loop

The Chicago Firehouse restaurant, located in the South Loop, will celebrate the Fourth of July holiday with a trio of specials. Chef Geordan Stenson will grill outdoors on the backyard patio, and the featured dishes include: Baba Ganoush with grilled flatbread, red pepper and sumac ($7); Homemade Chicago Hot Dog with pickle spear, celery salt, onion, sport peppers, mustard, relish and tomato wedge  ($10); and Rosemary and Ranch Grilled Bone-in Chicken Breast with chile de arbol marinade, cabbage and cilantro slaw ($14).

The Chicago Firehouse will be open regular hours July 3, 4, and 5. The Bar opens at 4 p.m., dinner service begins at 5 p.m. Happy Hour will run 4-6 p.m.
