fourteensixteen will welcome in families and friends on Easter Sunday to celebrate the holiday and a one-day-only brunch buffet. Executive Chef Bret Bohning will showcase a variety of midday dishes plus his own take on some Easter specialties in a buffet style presentation.
The Easter Brunch Buffet includes:
Lobster Deviled Eggs - poached Maine Lobster, black truffle caviar, lemon essence
Poached Halibut - spring vegetables in a lemon butter sauce
Lamb Lollipops - roasted new potatoes, grilled asparagus and topped with mint chimichurri
Braised Short Rib – confit fingerling potatoes and caramelized onions in a red wine reduction sauce
Breakfast Breads - assortment of sweet breakfast breads
Shrimp Cocktail – Poached tail-on shrimp, traditional cocktail sauce, and horseradish
Chopped Salad – Grape tomatoes, farmer George’s eggs, Nueskes bacon, hearts of palm, avocado, garbanzo beans, iceburg and romaine, creamy cashew dill dressing
Cauliflower Sliders – honey and curry aioli, tart apples, cabot cheddar, multigrain bread
Honey Glazed Ham - slow roasted and honey glazed ham, thin sliced
Carrot Cake Bites - orange cream cheese frosting
Snickers Bars - chocolate, marshmallow nougat, caramel, peanuts

fourteensixteen’s Easter Sunday Brunch Buffet is $35/per person and $20/child 12 and under (not including tax and gratuity). (not including tax and gratuity) and will be on Sunday, April 14 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., with the last reservation at 3:30 p.m.
