The recently opened fourteensixteen is welcoming holiday revelers of all ages on Thanksgiving Day with a celebratory menu. Executive Chef Bret Bohning has crafted a filled with a variety of the restaurant’s favorite dishes plus his twist on Thanksgiving staples.
The Thanksgiving Day menu includes items such as:
Fig and Duck Salad with black mission figs, duck prosciutto, roasted pumpkin, frisée, pear vinaigrette and pepitas
Cauliflower Sliders with honey and curry aioli, tart apples, cabot cheddar, multigrain bread
Filet Mignon with confit fingerling potatoes, grilled zucchini, bordelaise
Halibut with butternut squash puree, black lentils, pickled cippolinis, micro greens, pork shoulder vinaigrette
Roasted Turkey white and dark meat, mashed potatoes, traditional stuffing, gravy
Honey Smoked Ham traditional stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce
Order an assortment of side dishes for $5 each including Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Stuffing, Green Bean Casserole and Grilled Zucchini in addition to hearty, fall desserts like the Apple Crostata served with gelato and spiced caramel $7.
fourteensixteen’s children’s menu with mini burgers, mac and cheese and cauliflower sliders will also be offered. The Thanksgiving Day menu is available for dine in or carryout.
The all-day festive Thanksgiving menu will be available on Thursday, November 24 from 10 a.m to 3 p.m.
