Forbidden Root Brewery is hosting the fourth of its monthly beer dinners on June 6. Executive Chef Dan Weiland will showcase a mastery of flavor at this pairing dinner. The event is held in Forbidden Root’s private dining room space and only 14 tickets will be sold. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Guests will be led through a four-course, four-beer prix fixe menu that is sure to thrill the palate. The menu will change each month and will reflect Chef Weiland’s passion for local, seasonal ingredients.
