Forbidden Root Brewery is hosting the fourth of its monthly beer dinners on June 6. Executive Chef Dan Weiland will showcase a mastery of flavor at this pairing dinner. The event is held in Forbidden Root’s private dining room space and only 14 tickets will be sold. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Guests will be led through a four-course, four-beer prix fixe menu that is sure to thrill the palate. The menu will change each month and will reflect Chef Weiland’s passion for local, seasonal ingredients. Enjoy masterful pairings with Forbidden Root beers that contrast or complement the flavors of the food.
