Steadfast, in the heart of Chicago's Loop, has announced a chef collaboration dinner on Friday, April 13. This “Forage to Table” dinner presents a mushroom-inspired global wine dinner in the restaurant’s dining room in collaboration with Executive Chef Ender Oktayuren, Pastry Chef/Partner Christopher Teixeira and featuring guest chef Larry Feldmeir of Sixteen.
Guests are in for a treat on April 13 when these three join forces to create an eight-course dinner paying homage to foraged mushrooms. Diners can expect a coursed out meal with a different foraged mushroom starring on each plate including a showcase of Oregon truffles, being sourced directly from a small forager from the area. Steadfast also pairs each course with wines from Sommelier Daphne Stratta.
