The first-floor concept within The Emily Hotel will continue with their signature and seasonal Mexican-inspired fare. Guests can select from brunch inside or on the hotel’s patio (equipped with fireplaces). Expect takes on American breakfast classics, as well as traditional Mexican dishes. Some options include:

  • Chilaquiles - with green chili pork, sour cream, queso fresco, red onion, and cilantro
  • Benedict - with pibil pork belly, poached egg, wilted greens, and guajillo hollandaise
  • Breakfast Burrito - with scrambled egg, potatoes, chicharrons, cheese, crutido, and salsa matcha
  • Avocado Toast - with cashew, smoked coconut, and salsa seca

Brunch at Fora will be available every Saturday, starting November 5th, from 10am to 2pm.
