Food Network Chef Jeff Mauro to Open Pork & Mindy's in Bucktown

Fresh off of the launch of a new line of all-natural sauces sold at retail, celebrity chef and lifelong Chicagoan Jeff Mauro is also now officially a restauranteur. The Food Network star is one of the minds behind Pork & Mindy’s, a fast casual restaurant concept with a menu that will prominently feature Mauro’s new line of dipping, topping and marinating sauces. Mauro and team selected Chicago’s vibrant Bucktown neighborhood for its first of many nationwide restaurant locations.

Featuring a diverse menu created by Mauro and brand co-founder Kevin Corsello, Pork & Mindy’s Bucktown location will offer guests signature, slow smoked sandwiches such as Bao to the Pork, Mulberry Smoked Pulled Chicken, Pig Candy BLT and Pulled Lamb; salads including Chopped Candy Cobb and Smoked Chicken; as well as a variety of sides and desserts. Pork & Mindy’s will also feature nonalcoholic beverages.
