Happy Hour

Carnival, the most illustrious holiday in Brazil, is celebrated in cities across the country. It is an extravagant celebration that last for 5 days, and ends on Ash Wednesday. Typical festivities include massive parades, lavish costumes, and various styles of music and dance. To put the massive celebration into perspective, Rio de Janeiro’s Carnival attracted nearly 5 million people in 2011.

To join in on the festivities Fogo de Chao is Celebrating with Bar Fogo’s Happy Hour menu. A modern menu concept available at every Fogo de Chão bar that features light and shareable small plates, signature caipirinhas, new specialty cocktails and beers, & red and white wines. Happy Hour runs Mondays through Fridays 4:30pm – 6:30pm.

The Bar Fogo experience is designed to engage guests with Brazilian tastes and flavors in an environment where socializing is key. The new menu provides an environment for unwinding after work with colleagues, catching up with old friends, and of course making new ones.

One of the options on the Bar Fogo menu is The Picanha Sirloin Sliders, which feature thinly sliced house specialty picanha topped with chimichurri aioli, and served on the Fogo de Chão pão de queijo cheese bread. Other options include the Grilled Spiced Shrimp Skewers served with passion fruit sauce to dip or drizzle over the top, and the Polenta Fries served with a sweet and spicy Malagueta dipping sauce. In addition, the Superfruit Lemonade and classic Caipirinha are companions to any Bar Fogo small plate.
