The First Annual Trotter Project Beer Fest, presented by Helios Construction, will debut at The Irish American Heritage Center (4626 N Knox Ave, Chicago, IL) from 1:30pm-5:00pm on Sunday, August 11, 2019. The ticketed feast and imbibe event is the official kick-off for Charlie Trotter Days, which returns August 11-18, 2019. The $35 ticket includes brews and bites from Chicago’s top brewpubs from across the city. Trotter Project supporter Dark Matter Coffee and Old Irving Brewing will unveil a new beer “conditioned” coffee in partnership.

“Trotter Project Beer Fest is a celebration of the opportunities that The Trotter Project provides to young, aspiring chefs,” said Derrek Hull, Executive Director, The Trotter Project. “Several of our current scholars will be on hand to work closely with the chefs and brewpubs throughout the event. “On behalf of Helios Construction Services, we are honored to be the official sponsor of the Trotter Project’s first Beer Fest,” said Aash Desai, Managing Principal, Helios Construction Services. “In the late Charlie Trotter’s legacy of charity and service to others, we support the mission to mentor our future leaders.”
