Nine months after opening their first FireFin Poké Shop location, the team behind the fast-casual concept decided it was time to enhance their guest’s experience and expand.
Their newest restaurant is now open at 174 N. Franklin and implements a fresh interior design, offering a variety of seating for 50 guests at the 1,700 square foot location at the corner of Franklin and Lake.
“Consumers are looking for healthy alternatives – beyond burgers and fries. FireFin offers just that and makes it quick and easy,” - FireFin’s partner, Anshul Mangal.
The chef-driven menu features the same customizable bowls and salads with options that include made-to-
order signature poké ranging from $8.95 - $15.95, as their flagship location. Several bowls including the “Tuna
on Fire” and “Classic Hawaiian” are under 500 calories.
FireFin Franklin will be open Mondau - Friday from 10:30a - 7p
