Imperial Lamian is giving dumpling lovers the chance to #FilltheDumpling and create their own flavor of Xiao Long Bao! The #MyImperialXLB contest gives XLB enthusiasts the opportunity to suggest a flavor throughout the entire month of August on Imperial Lamian’s website. Chorizo dumpling? Why not. Beet and Goat Cheese? Sure! The more creative, the better!

At the end of this month, one winner will be chosen and their XLB flavor will be featured on the restaurant’s fall menu. The winner will select the name (personalization encouraged!) and color of the dumpling and receive a complimentary order of four each time they dine.
