The tempting affair of seven sinful courses includes:
Oysters, Tuna and Yellowfin Crudo (lust)
Cucumber Mint Goat Cheese Panna Cotta with mixed green salad, and gold leaf (envy)
Grilled Shark with chili oil, and blood orange (wrath); Pork Stuffed Pork Belly with homemade biscuit (gluttony)
Tower of Babylon Layered Pasta with layers of veal ragu, mushrooms, and truffle oil (greed)
Carrot Ginger Shooter with carrot chips and pickled carrot (pride)
Macaroons with chocolate covered raspberries, passion fruit sorbet, and frozen beet foam (sloth)
