Ring in the New Year in style with a celebratory White & Gold Party in the city's prominent Gold Coast. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy an elegant and lively atmosphere exuding the essence of the Mediterranean, complete with festive decor and special white and gold party favors and DJ entertainment. FIG & OLIVE will host a live countdown for guests as the clock strikes toward midnight.

Beginning at 4pm, guests can enjoy FIG & OLIVE’s a la carte dinner menu featuring seasonal bites inspired by the French Riviera. Highlights from the menu include:

LOBSTER BISQUE
Chestnut, butternut and puff pastry seeds grissini

CHANTERELLE RISOTTO
Arborio rice, scallion, parmesan, parsley
White Truffle Olive Oil

SEARED SEA SCALLOPS
Braised endives, vinegar truffle dressing

FOIE GRAS
Served with fig chutney and toast

CHILEAN SEA BASS
Roasted sunchoke, rapini
romesco-mascarpone sauce with almond and hazelnut

BEEF FILET MIGNON
Gratin dauphinois, onion confit condiment

NYE CHOCOLATE TART
Candied orange, praline and vanilla ice cream

Moët & Chandon bottle service will be available for guests, along with a Moët & Chandon step and repeat to capture photo memories from the evening.
