The Florentine is celebrating Easter with a special menu available from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 21. Crafted with an Italian flair by Executive Chef Zachary Walrath, the Easter menu includes:
- Lobster Deviled Eggs ($16) featuring poached Maine lobster, black truffle and chive
- Quiche ($18) with house-made sausage, mushrooms, leeks and fontina
- Lamb Chops ($32) featuring grilled grass-fed lamb chops with a Romesco sauce and fingerling potatoes
- Easter Ham ($26) including sambuca and orange glazed ham with jus, mashed Yukon golds and charred baby carrots
Bloody Mary and Mimosa bars are also available to complement the holiday menu offerings. The Easter Bunny will make an appearance from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and, all guests can partake in an Egg Hunt from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. for a chance to win special prizes.
