Tuman’s celebrates Mardi Gras by augmenting the regular menu with a New Orleans classic on Fat Tuesday - Louisiana-inspired Shrimp & Andouille Sausage Gumbo ($14) from 4-10 p.m. Tuesday, February 21.

The bar also features Illuminated Brew works Slushy Thing #10 Hurricane Edition. The Unsinkable Slushy Thing #10 is the brewery’s homage to Fats Domino, the City of New Orleans, and Mardi Gras. This little red monster was built to emulate that big, sugary booze bomb, The Hurricane. It’s a hard sparkling fruit beverage with 30% juice (sweet cherry, passion fruit, orange, and lime).
