Experience "A Taste of New Orleans" at The Chicago Firehouse! On Fat Tuesday, February 25, the South Loop-located restaurant will channel The Big Easy with a night of Louisiana-style eats and beats.

Chef Greg Biggers' Mardi Gras menu features classic shrimp gumbo, jambalaya, bayou fried shrimp, foot long alligator & oyster po' boy, Louisiana crab boil and beignets with bourbon creme anglaise. Drink specials include Abita Purple Haze, French 75, Hurricanes, Sazerac and Vieux Carre cocktails. The complete menu is listed below.

Guests will enjoy live music by High-Hat Second Line, a New Orleans brass and jazz quartet, from 6-9 p.m.
