In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month and National Quesadilla Day, September 25th, Fat Rosie's Taco & Tequila Bar, will offer 2 special quesadillas being prepared by their head chef, Dudley Cieto, at all 4 Fat Rosie locations within the Chicago area will be:

  • WILD MUSHROOM QUESADILLA - Oyster shiitake and portobello mushrooms, Epazote (a fine aromatic herb from Mexico), smoky Morita salsa and Mexican sour cream 
  • TINGA DE POLLO QUESADILLA - Shredded chicken, seasoned with roasted tomatoes, onions, chipotle, Chihuahua cheese and Mexican sour cream

*Added bonus - $5 Freshie (tequila hard seltzer) along with a special quesadilla*
